Quickbooks can be used to manage your company's Accounts, Invoicing and Stock Control or just simply your Payroll if you choose. Just because you choose to manage your payroll in Quickbooks it does not mean you must use Quickbooks for everything.
We have a number of clients who manage there accounts in Quickbooks but their payroll is run through Moneysoft Payroll Manager, the Payroll details just need to be entered as a Journal in to Quickbooks after the Payroll has been run.
