What do we need to do your BookKeeping accurately?

In order to get an accurate picture of your companies accounts it is absolutely critical that you have a good strong paper trail, you must have the following and if you employ the services of SinglePoint BookKeeping Services Ltd you will need to send them to us on a weekly or biweekly basis in order to keep your accounts up to date and to be able to give you accurate figures.

• Bank Statements
• Credit Card Statements
• Remittance Slips
• Cheque Books (or a list of cheques written)
• Paying-In Books (or a list of payment details)
• Purchase Invoices
• Sales Invoices
• Cash Receipts

IMPORTANT, You must make sure you get and keep receipts for everything you buy for your business, if you are VAT registered and you don't get a VAT receipt for an item you purchase then you will be unable to claim back the VAT within your VAT Return.
